- Each of the 5 packs comes from a set selected randomly via 5 separate wheel spins, featuring our current inventory of available English Pokémon TCG expansions. This offers a great chance at variety!
We only ship out hits for all packs opened. For our shop, hits are defined as ANYTHING shiny that leaves a pack. (Holo Rares, Reverse Holos, Illustration Rares, Special Illustration Rares, Ultra Rares, Secret Rares, Hyper Rares, SAR, UR, etc.)
The specific sets for both Japanese and English packs are selected randomly using a wheel spin from our current inventory of available sets.

You may request to cancel your order before it ships. Please be aware that a 6% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing costs incurred when you placed the order.
Standard orders typically ship within 24 hours of payment. For Pre-Orders and Back-Orders, estimated shipping times are provided in the item description.
Pre-Order Policy
Important Information Regarding Pre-Orders:
Please read the following carefully before placing an order containing Pre-Order or Back-Order items with Tshirt Holdings:

Combined Shipping: When your order includes a Pre-Order (or Back-Order) item, all other items in that same order will be held and shipped together once the Pre-Order item is available.
- Example: If a Pre-Order item in your cart ships in one month, all other items in that same cart will also ship in one month.

Receiving In-Stock Items Sooner: If you would like in-stock items to ship immediately, please place a separate order for them. Do not combine in-stock items and Pre-Order/Back-Order items in the same cart if you want the in-stock items shipped sooner.

No Partial Shipments/Cancellations: Orders containing Pre-Order items cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled by Tshirt Holdings. The entire order must ship together or be cancelled entirely (subject to fees).

Payment: Payment for all Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be charged to your Card or PayPal account immediately upon checkout.

Cancellations: You may request to cancel your entire Pre-Order before it has shipped. Please note:
- All approved cancellations are subject to a 6% cancellation fee.
- This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing charges incurred by Tshirt Holdings when the initial transaction was made.
