Sealed TCG products are non-returnable. Exceptions are made for items arriving damaged or not as described – please email us in these cases, and we'll make it right. Tshirt@tcgshirt.com

You may request to cancel your order before it ships. Please be aware that a 6% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing costs incurred when you placed the order.

Standard orders typically ship within 24 hours of payment. For Pre-Orders and Back-Orders, estimated shipping times are provided in the item description.

 

Pre-Order Policy

Important Information Regarding Pre-Orders:

Please read the following carefully before placing an order containing Pre-Order or Back-Order items with Tshirt Holdings:

• Combined Shipping: When your order includes a Pre-Order (or Back-Order) item, all other items in that same order will be held and shipped together once the Pre-Order item is available.

  • Example: If a Pre-Order item in your cart ships in one month, all other items in that same cart will also ship in one month.

• Receiving In-Stock Items Sooner: If you would like in-stock items to ship immediately, please place a separate order for them. Do not combine in-stock items and Pre-Order/Back-Order items in the same cart if you want the in-stock items shipped sooner.

• No Partial Shipments/Cancellations: Orders containing Pre-Order items cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled by Tshirt Holdings. The entire order must ship together or be cancelled entirely (subject to fees).

• Payment: Payment for all Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be charged to your Card or PayPal account immediately upon checkout.

• Cancellations: You may request to cancel your entire Pre-Order before it has shipped. Please note:

  • All approved cancellations are subject to a 6% cancellation fee.
  • This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
  • This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing charges incurred by Tshirt Holdings when the initial transaction was made.
